WILLIAM L. WALLACE, P.E.
Bill brings more than 40 years’ experience in various areas of civil, water resources, and water utilities design, as well as project permitting and project management. Because of his significant involvement and history of accomplishment in water resources and water utility projects, he is considered an expert in several areas, such as hydraulics / hydrology and water / wastewater. Services he performs include the preparation of geomorphology analyses, evaluation of local drainage issues, development of floodplain reclamation projects, pump station projects, pipelines, reservoirs, and regulatory permitting. Other projects have involved stream restoration, erosion control, waterway and flood control plans, master drainage plans, development of municipal ordinances, services for flood control districts, and participation in design-build projects.
Throughout his career, Bill has worked closely with the public and multiple public agencies to accomplish complex public works’ projects. He has a thorough knowledge of project development requirements and has successfully completed permits and projects requiring coordination with the USACE, FEMA, EPA, US Fish and Wildlife, TCEQ, TWDB, Texas Parks and Wildlife, the Texas Historical Commission, flood control districts, and other federal, state, regional, and local agencies. Bill frequently presents to city councils, city staffs, and the general public.
Bill is married with two sons, and grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, playing with his grandkids, and hiking our national parks with friends and family.
