The Survey Department provides surveying services for municipalities, developers, and construction companies as well as providing support services for other NDM departments. We utilize the most recent technological advances in surveying to increase efficiency and accuracy on our projects and to deliver a superior product to our clients. These include GPS utilizing static collection, RTK, and VRS RTK methods together with robotic total stations and electronic data collectors.

NDM’s survey staff have years of experience working on public and private projects varying in size from a single lot to hundreds of acres. Attention to critical issues such as quality control and deadlines in all aspects of the project is supervised by the Survey Project Manager. This makes for an excellent team that understands what needs to be done to complete a project.
