The Swiss Tower apartments includes 159 units for married students. This 10-story complex is located on campus directly across the street from the Turpin Library. This apartment complex is a gated community with electronic entry to the building and the parking lot. NDM provided the site development engineering, surveying, and platting. From a civil engineering perspective this project presented the challenges one would expect in an urban district such as the City of Dallas. Existing drainage and utility infrastructure was a challenge because it was old and in some cases under sized relative to current design criteria.
