MARK W. ROBERTS, P.E., CFM
Mark has more than 40 years of water resources experience and has been with NDM since 1995. The majority of his career has been working on hydrology and hydraulics projects, giving him considerable knowledge in all aspects of hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, which he has utilized in projects for municipalities. Mark has provided water resources design and engineering for the cities of Plano, Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Richardson, and Irving, just to name a few. Also, he has been a Project Manager on many county projects in North Texas. Mark is proficient in providing documentation for Section 404 permits and requirements of the Clean Water Act and FEMA.
Mark has provided hydrology and hydraulic services on several large thoroughfare projects including the Naaman Forest Road at Spring Creek and Tributary 2-I-1 for the City of Garland, the Independence Parkway at Unnamed Tributary to Rowlett Creek for the City of Frisco, and the Royal Lane at Hackberry Creek for the City of Irving. The importance of accurate scheduling and consistent approval processes has been a key component of his experience. Also, Mark has provided expert witness testimony for numerous law firms.
Mark is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), and of the Texas Floodplain Managers Association (TFMA). He has been married for 45 years, has three children, and three grandchildren.
