NDM provided engineering services for the preparation of schematics and construction plans for paving, drainage, and water and wastewater utility improvements to widen a two-lane rural arterial street to an urban four-lane section with a raised median. NDM also provided an alignment study, topographic survey, right-of-way mapping, traffic control plans, hydrology and hydraulic design for a culvert and storm drain, and construction phase services. Water and wastewater improvements included relocation of a water main and force main, extension of a wastewater gravity line, and the lowering of two water mains. White Chapel Boulevard was realigned at the Highland Street intersection to include a multi-lane roundabout to improve traffic flow along the corridor.
